How does it work?
A wax combination is spread thinly over the skin. A cloth strip is pressed on the top and then ripped off with a quick movement removing the wax along with the hair and dead skin cells leaving the skin smooth.
Hot wax or cold wax?
Cold waxes come in pre-coated strips. You just press them on the skin, pull back and that’s it.
On the other hand, a cold wax comes in a pre-coated strip which is simply pressed firmly onto the area to be treated. The same idea applies, the hair sticks to the strip and comes out of the follicle when the strip is ripped off.
